Janeen Stout, MSKeymasterRelationships are an excellent way to monitor our healing process. All healing starts with yourself. Healing your self and improving your relationship with self is the top priority, especially if you want to be involved in healthy relationships outside of yourself.

Janeen Stout, MSKeymasterTrauma impacts us in many ways. What often is not discussed and addressed in approaching trauma is the brain, central nervous system and the role they have in trauma recovery. In this section we discuss the interplay between these structures and the healing journey.

Janeen Stout, MSKeymasterWelcome to the Warrior Princesses Tribe. My genuine heart intentions are to facilitate a space where individuals can safely meet and share in their journey to wholeness. Safety is a foreign concept to most who have experienced, trauma, abuse, betrayal and gas lighting. Please honor one another and respect each person’s individual process and where they are on their healing journey. Since these topics can be painful and may unearth deeply seeded memories, traumas and pain in others, it is important to assess your own emotional stability when reading and sharing. We do not judge others, instead we hold others in a compassionate space to witness and hold them to support the healing. We are not here to rescue others, we are here to support one another and heal ourselves. Often when we rush to offer assistance it is a reflection of what work still needs to be done within ourselves. I encourage you to read the mission statement I have posted to decide if this aligns with you. Above all be kind, be truthful and exercise harmlessness. This space will certainly evolve and change and painful topics will reveal themselves and for this reason, we must remember that healing is feeling and integrating these parts back into our selves will sometimes be the most difficult task of your life. Your healing is based on your commitment to truth and the truth is we are able to heal; we are HEAL-ABLE.
